Bollos is a family-owned burger restaurant in the heart of Shawlands, Glasgow. Born from the shared passion of an Italian and a Scot, we set out to shake up Glasgow's burger scene — one smash at a time. Our menu keeps it simple and does it brilliantly: handcrafted burgers, loaded fries, satisfying sandwiches, and classic shakes. BOLLOS in Glasgow is an amazing burger place. Hamza and Ahmed were very nice and made us feel really welcome. We ordered the Classic Burger with crinkle fries and the Smoky BBQ Smash Burger — everything was delicious. Worth the 220-mile trip. Very welcoming and down-to-earth. Definitely will come again.

I made the journey all the way from Manchester just to try Bollos, and it was absolutely worth it! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the seating area was spotless and comfortable.

The Triple Angus Burger meal might just be the best smash burger I’ve ever had; it was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Their signature Bollos sauce is a game-changer, with the ideal balance of tanginess and spice. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop every time I’m in Glasgow!

Really good customer service. Staff are very helpful and go out their way to accommodate you. The chicken burger is really big. I could only eat half so the portion sizes are good value for money. Bollos sauce is really good. I bought it as an extra and added it to the burger and it really made it. Decor is also really nice! Would eat here again.

Tenders are to die for, and so are the crinkle chips. Really pleased with my order. My partner loved the triple burger and the Nutella waffle ... don't even get me started. was amazing😁🥰 Didn't even get a pic of the waffle, but the empty packet says it all lol
Chicken tenders were perfect🥰 1 portion of chips was enough for us both also.
